This restaurant was incredible! I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi, while my wife chose the salmon with egg yolk sauce. Both dishes were outstanding! The prices and portion sizes were just right. The fried rice was delicious, and they cooked the steak exactly to our preference. The cabbage served with the meal was a delightful bonus. Next time, we'll be sure to order an extra veggie side. Our only disappointment was that they didn’t have sweet and sour sauce. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for takeout, and we will definitely return. Thank you, Hibachi Express!

I decided to try something new and, seeing the price, I thought, why not? The portion size was decent—plenty of rice, which wasn’t a problem. They do cook the steak to your preference, but I asked for medium and ended up with it very well done. The cabbage was a bit surprising, but it wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, the overall dish was pretty bland. And about that yum yum sauce...what is it really? It definitely didn’t taste like yum yum sauce at all.

I really shouldn’t even give this place one star—it was terrible! I absolutely love hibachi, but the chicken I had was not cooked properly. I ate there yesterday and felt fine at first, but then I started experiencing severe stomach pain. I initially thought it was just gas, but I ended up throwing up all night because the chicken wasn’t cooked right. While I was eating, I could tell something was off, but I’m only 14 and still learning to differentiate between cooked and undercooked food. Regardless, this experience was completely unacceptable. I'm definitely not coming back. On top of everything, the portion sizes were very small.
