Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

6:15pm on a Friday night (not just a Friday but Black Friday). Called to order 2 subs for dinner and they told me that they closed at 6pm. Are you serious??? On a Friday/ weekend? At dinner time? How do you run a business that way? Just disappointed. So glad there are other options in the area and I don't' understand why a business would do that.

Stopped on for a quick lunch. Place was not busy, ordered a half Italian sub and a soda. Great sandwich, bread was not dry or chewy. Excellent service. Def will stop again!

Two consecutive delivery orders placed where they failed miserably to provide quality products. First a salad with meat was meatless. Today my salad had no dressing and 2 iceberg lettuce cores in it! And they neglected to provide another item that was ordered. While the food is good, the preparation is totally unacceptable. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

I watched my Drive take 2 hours to take a 20 min drive and go in the wrong direction to stop elsewhere for an hour. They should not be driving.

Good, not great... I had the Turkey thing and it was good, but not something I would run back for...Nice enough place, people , etc, but the value just isn't there for the taste IMO.Just ok is where this lands vs the promise it should have by separating itself out as a sandwich shop... Go to Waterfront Delj if you want a homemade style sandwich.
