Arby's - Pickerington

The food here is consistently delicious, and the service is always very friendly. My only issue is that some of the standout menu items are inconsistent across the chain.

The manager refused to take any more orders tonight, claiming they only accepted cash because she has no staff. She didn’t even bother to turn off the lights. It felt like she was just pretending to stay open. I’ll be contacting headquarters about this situation tomorrow.

I sat and waited for 5 minutes no answer, I move around and everyone tries to hide. 10:02-10:07am his one game now I guess. the door was closed. 6/2/22

Was taking my husband to try the wings they pulled us up like they were going to give us fresh food so I was waiting for hot food well guess what we waited all that time for fries no salt and we received not even warm I thought Arby's was made fresh I guess this one wasnt

Sat at the drive thru speaker to order food with no response, went around again with the same issue. I thought they were open so I decided to call in and ask if they were having issues. The employee notified me they were running behind and not yet open. I asked why not put a sign up stating that, instead of letting customers sit patiently in an open drive thru and she stated they were not allowed to do so. This Arby 's has gone downhill.
