Malone Specialty Coffee - Pflugerville

This place used to be super consistent, but I wouldn’t order delivery with any special requests. They get it wrong every time. Not sure what happened recently but the quality has gone done drastically the last 2 months.

Best cold brew in the city. The nitro cold brew looks blonde but oh boy trust me, it is stronger than any dunkin or Starbucks etc brew I've ever had, and it tastes impeccably crisp and smooth. You can add many different flavors or use a variety of sweetening options such as honey or agave as well if you tend to like sweet coffee. I also highly recommend the Austin Dream, hot or cold it's always a hit. The staff are very hardworking and courteous folks, they are always pleasant and accommodating.

I love coffee and I pass this little place everyday on my way home so I decided to try it. I had the Austin Dream hot and it was very good! I didn't know what to order as it had been my first time but I told the barista that I liked sweet and she recommended the south side Carmel and the Austin Dream. My hubby tried the South side caramel, and let's just say they were both fantastic! I will be back to try their food items. Such a cute little coffee shop!

I ordered an Instant Karma with almond milk and the Austin Dream regular. They both were so good but I ordered the Instant Karma and it had me FLYYING. I was so amped up. I was productive and man was that delicious, the espresso beans are primo. The two baristas were very polite and made excellent drinks. Made my day.

Ordered a cold brew but they said the nitro isn’t working. That’s fine. Asked if they had any iced coffee and the barista said yes. Continues to pour extremely hot coffee over more and more ice until the coffee is completely watered down then charged me the nitro price. Awful.
