Poblano's Family Mexican Restaurant

We love the food and service At Guadalajara Family Mexican. It is consistently great food. We have visited with 2 people or as much as 10 and the service has been the same each time. The ambience is welcoming and relaxing. There are tables and booths. After the lockdown and businesses reopened Guadalajara's was the only restaurant we noticed that used that time to care for the restaurant. It looked new, fresh and clean. This is our best go to!!

Very consistent and high quality food and service. Only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because it is not spectacular, authentic Mexican food that I truly enjoy. But... I'm picky about great Mexican food. But.... they always give me value for my money and a tasty, satisfying meal every time I visit them. Great job!!! You do exactly what you claim to do with high quality and consistency. Most people would not enjoy offal as much as I do, which is traditional Mexican servings. I wish I could give you 4.4/5 rating... but I can not do that.

I had high hopes for this place, and It was ok. I had looked up their menu online, and apparently, I was viewing their lunch prices. I was shocked to see that what I wanted to eat at dinner was almost double the lunch price. I'm sure, or at least I'd like to hope it's because it's a bigger portion, but still, double the price is kinda wild. The inside is nice and big, clean and warm. Service was ok, nothing special. Very basic. We were greeted with chips and salsa, which is always nice. There was a mild and hot one, and both were tasty. Would go again (at lunch! And check out the bar. Seemed like they had specials on drinks.

We visited on a Saturday night and this place was busy! Lucky for us we got sat down right away. It was nicely decorated and has plenty of seating. The server was very fast and friendly. The prices are great considering the amount of food you get!! A very big variety! The food came out pretty quick and hot! It was delicious! I was so full from the delicious salsa, cheese dip and chips! I never had a fried chile relleno and it was amazing!! Then they came singing with a big sombrero for my grandsons birthday and he was really excited!! This is definitely our go to Mexican spot!!

Not only does this restaurant serve house chips and salsa, but they also bring out a bowl of house bean dip to start your meal off with! We split an entree that had shrimp, scallops, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and onions mixed in a chipotle cream sauce served with a side of rice, beans, and a lettuce bed with guacamole on top. The entree was extremely large and incredibly tasty! The sauce was seasoned perfectly. If we lived closer to this spot, we would visit all the time. Add this spot to your Colorado Springs bucket list!
