Cacao Chemistry Chocolatier And Patisserie

I always love stopping by Chocolateirs to see what they have available, especially when everything is made in-house. They offer a fantastic variety of truffles, which happen to be my favorite type of chocolate most of the time. I’ve been let down by flavors in the past, but this visit was different. The Raspberry Truffle was delightful, and the Raspberry ganache was just as good. I also tried some Raspberry Strawberry chocolate that I had never seen before, and it was delicious and true to its flavor. Additionally, I picked up some caramel popcorn drizzled with chocolate for my little brother. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to support local businesses, and this place certainly earned a return visit for its specialty chocolates.

What an AMAZING store with incredibly helpful staff! We were in town for two days and ended up visiting both days, purchasing several items each time, and we were not disappointed! The staff were all very friendly and offered fantastic advice. Thank you!

So delicious! We went for a walk downtown and decided to stop in because the door was open. Best choice we've made in a while. The gentleman behind the counter handed me some blonde chocolate. Never had it before, but I walked out with a bag! Made in store and totally worth the fat! I will be going back and trying something new next time.
