Starbucks - Perry

Normally SB always gets 5 start from me, but today the ladies had a closed sign and the men's was disgusting. I couldn't use the app, recurring network issue message trying to fund the location I was in the parking lot and connected to their wifi! . So I had to go inside to order and pay. Trying to leave, a rude patron blocked me into my parking space waiting for the drive thru and let THREE car lengths open up before she pulled up to unblock me. I doubt I'll revisit the Valdosta SB again any time soon. The 3 stars ? are for my drink.

The staff was nice and my order was fast. However, the coffee was burnt. It was not drinkable and they refused to fix it citing that was what I ordered. But I never said burnt coffee.

I just have to share my thoughts on Elise! I frequently stop by this place on my way to work, and Elise always makes my day better. The energy here is amazing and really contagious. Even on days when I'm feeling down or not in the mood, I leave feeling uplifted because of their positivity. There’s a closer option to my house, but I choose to come here specifically for the outstanding customer service! Thank you, Elise! The team has so much potential for even greater things in the future. Great job, everyone!

We docked our boat when we stopped at this location, so we parked at Publix and walked over. Even though the drive-thru was very busy, our order for the three of us was ready in no time! The drinks were perfect, and the breakfast was delicious, as always. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Thank you!

I believe their business model prioritizes drive-thru service, which is understandable. However, I don’t think I should have to wait 17 minutes for a simple bagel when there aren’t any other customers in the store and three Starbucks employees are preoccupied with interviews.
