Chick-fil-a - Perry

This Chick-fil-A location in Houston County is the worst I've experienced. I wish Pat from Warner Robins was running the place instead. The customer service here is absolutely terrible, possibly the worst in Chick-fil-A history. I will be writing a letter to corporate about my experience.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and served with a smile.

The service at this restaurant is still quick and friendly, as usual. However, it is disappointing that this is the only location in the area that still does not offer dine-in options.

I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. The food is great and the service is exceptional.

The food was cold and burnt. The cheese was just placed on top of what was supposed to be a warm breakfast sandwich. The hash browns were burnt and cold. Absolutely terrible!
