Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Pensacola

My husband and I bring our granddaughters here every spring when we arrive for our annual visit. This year was no different. Except we came at night instead of earth AM due to schedules. That said….it was pretty busy. There was some sort of baseball team and a few others in line ahead of us (3/24). James was working that night and he was so pleasant. He consistently checked on us letting us know how he appreciated our patience and that he would take care of us shortly. Finally when it was our turn to order James was personable, engaging in conversation, and just overall pleasant!! Oh and it was my first time I have ever had a hot donut. MAN was that delicious!! My husband even shared a picture of himself while visiting a Krispy Kreme in Saudi Arabia. Until next spring Krispy Kreme!!!

I've been very disappointed the last 3 times. I make an online order for a frozen latte and try to pick up before work. It is never ready and they make it on the spot when I get there. I make the order 10-15 minutes before arriving. I don't understand. And my frozen latte is never blended long enough. Always ice chunks. I give up and will no longer be giving them my money

They didn't have a lot of donuts cuz I guess they were selling out. But if you're 24 hours, you better get there early. If you want lemon glazed or a special donut cuz if not you won't get it

I ordered an iced Caramel coffee and there wasn't any creamer. I wish I would have known before hand. Also the 1 donut I ordered was ice cold, I would have taken room temperature. Very disappointing visit.

I don't have any wishes to buy doughnuts in this place more... so some of my friends. Every my visit during this year some of dougnuts in boxes were over one day old. They constantly put 3-5 dougnuts in each box from late night or last day, it is not warm, it isn't fresh, tast is bad. Every time when I ask to put from another trays where dougnuts look better about freshness they madly refuse to do it. I looked reviews another people and I can see that I am not alone, many people have the same experience. Horrible service
