We were catching up for a family lunch and this was the easiest place for everyone to meet up. There is parking available in front of it great to have for the elderly, accessible and parents with prams. There was heaps of seating available inside and outside but there was around thirteen of us so it was squishy I wish we had more space. The meals were huge and quite reasonably priced . I enjoyed my meal but I know not all my family did. I don't think I would come back here for a while. They fully forgot my Grandmothers meal and I ordered after her we chased it up she got it eventually but they should of not missed it.
Early for my meeting I had breakfast here. Coffee milkshake was excellent. The Hunter Omlette was an inspiring choice loaded with ingredients. Largest ever Omlette I have seen and served in the pan. Casual and funky. Friendly staff and great service. Review on Hurstville shop
Charlie Lovett is behind a car park in an industrial zone, although a nice place once you're past the car park, with very high prices, most not displayed, and an undisclosed surcharge. Still, it's some of the best coffee around rich, heavy, syrupy but with a microfine froth. Best choice by far if you're nearby and almost worth seeking out.
A hidden gem. Had a quick coffee while in the area. Cappucinos are excellent to the point we purchased coffee beans for home. Banana bread was also great as was my smartie cookie. Will go back just for the coffee!!
