1) The service was unusually slow. 2) During my visit on December 23rd around 1:40 AM, the manager on duty was not very approachable and provided different answers regarding dine-in options. 3) Many guests were looking to have dinner, but that wasn’t an option. It seemed like the food was ready but left on the side, implying that it was up to the guests to decide when to eat. Although they requested a table, they were told they couldn’t sit down for dinner. 4) Although they mentioned that the area was being cleaned, it was clear that it was off-limits and there were signs indicating that. 5) I am a regular visitor every morning. 6) I had hoped that after the renovations, the service would improve, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. 7) It’s disappointing to see the branch neglecting the system in this way. 8) I sincerely hope that these issues can be addressed, as I am genuinely concerned. 9) I regret to say that my orders were often prepared carelessly.

The service was quite slow due to only one counter being open. There was just one person handling food orders for customers. Additionally, the iced tea tasted quite watery.
