They adamantly refused to sell products that were clearly available in the case because this is for display only, bugs land on it. First off, refusing to sell products that are clearly available is no way to run a business. Secondly, if you are clearly informing me that you have bugs in your restaurant I certainly do not want to eat there. This was my very first visit to this brand and with the impression this store has left, it 's highly unlikely that I will ever attempt another visit. Extremely disappointing.
It's hit or miss on ifnthings come out correctly, this time everything was good!! Love the food
I have been a long term customer of this location at Tim Horton's. My family and I for years would get several boxes of doughnuts and ice cap drinks every weekend here. In the past few months I have stopped in on multiple Staturdays between 8-10 am and they are ALWAYS out of 2-4 kinds of doughnuts. Today they were completely out of vanilla dip, chocolate glazed and pumpkin spice after I waited inside for 15+ minutes. Unfortunately this is a very common issue and there are plenty of staff inside working. It's clearly a management issue or inventory/planning issue, none of which are acceptable.
Found a fee hairs on our dozen donuts but they gave me a refund
Ordered a meal and only received half of it, oh well
