Hot Head Burritos - Pataskala

First time here. Lots of menu choices. Service is fast. We got burrito bowls and a fish tacos. Everything was tasty. Next time we'll go to the one closer to home.

I have been ordering from this hot heads location for a bit now pretty frequently. Normally our food is always really good but tonight they had completely messed up a couple items. I normally don't call if it's just 1 or 2 small things because that's bound to happen but since multiple items were completely wrong, and overall not good so it kinda is worth a call then. I tried them prior to calling, I was willing to give it a shot but it was just not edible. They handled it really well though and we very kind to me when I called. I spoke with a girl when I called, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was very kind and issued a refund for the incorrect items. A little while later the GM, Tracey called me, initially I was confused but, he was really thorough in wanting to understand what was wrong, and said next time he'd make sure we got 2 free burritos which was cool because well, we order from them far more than we probably should ? So it was nice that they not only issued a refund but are going to comp our next two burritos. I also want to point out, when I say inedible I don't mean like it was rotten or anything. I've never had a issue with the food being fresh! This location is the best out of the few I've frequented!

Best hot heads around. Usual customer of once a week or more. Order is always correct for take out. Friendly staff. Good size portions. Employees and managers are doing an excellent job! Keep up the great work! Would reccomend to everyone.

This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!

Hot heads is one of the best places I have eaten, I always get a burrito, because their burritos taste so good that it is to die for the workers are nice and very kind, in the end, they always remember what I wanted on my burrito, especially ones who are new to the job. Definitely a 5 star for hotheads
