Very poor service. employees who are very rude for customers and become loud. after 2 times complaining (without the possibility to get the money back) about serious misfortunes and the eternal discussion are currently getting a functional product, it is only as long as it stops again. it is a pity that the employees have no idea how to be made complaining, and therefore they are sent back and forth several times (storage cashier-other employee) (with defective product,) to then return to the same employee. the most beautiful was the comment that I should take the faulty product home and it after the delivery time of approx. 3 months back to complain. pity that the service leaves much to wish. then you get better pay a little more and better quality and service at xxxlutz!
