UNO Pizzeria - Pasay

Its was Feb when me and my friends decide to drink here,i ordered belly buster and a pizza which really taste good,the band is good very entertaining with their rock songs...the waiters are friendly but i notice something, everytime i order they keep on looking for waiter named danilo, lagi ko naririnig kay danilo yan,and ask sino ba waiter namin (itinuro sakin). i observe this guy (danilo) and ang dami nya pala costumers that is why di nya kami inaasikaso, our table is a mess but i never saw this waiter to come and clean our table, even ice for our drinks di nya kami nabigyan, buti na lang may ibang attentive n waiter, and ask one of them is your tip centralized? The waiter said no personalized po...after that i saw danilo again nakikipag unahan sa costumers nagkasagutan pa sila nung maputi because of it.The bill came and as expected they have service charge, may service charge pero di kami masyado pinapansin ng ibang waiter if we need something tatawagin pa ung waiter namin na di din lumapait samin para mag refill man lang ng yelo o punasan ung mesa namin or tanggalin ung pinagkainan, a question came ito my mind what is a problem with those waiters is it the tip why they dont even bother to assist us kasi personalized tip? or is it the service charge na di nila nakukuha? I love the food but the service hopefully will improve

The only reason I went there was that it had a nice view of the sunset, although the windows and glass doors were dirty. looked down and ordered a beer, that was in order. How can you miss that right? two shakes for the girls ordered. we were presented with a moderate presentation in average looking glasses that were not very good tasting compared to shakey’s shakes shakes. they were small. they don't even come close and cost more and tasty sour waiting, the staff had to be beaten down for everything. water, second beer, serviettes. just a lousy service. the whole personal sat on couches that were only so chilled as if it were a college-darm room that I ordered a fried chicken. the stated amount was allot, but it...more

We were there on 17th july 2016. one of the worst experiences ever. we went there to dinner with a group of friends first we ordered a bottle of black level. the server bought the bottle and stayed on the table, then he just walked. we thought he'd come back with the glasses and the ice, we waited for 10 minutes and between us two other waiters say that we waited for the glass, but nothing happened. one of our friends called one of the waiters and asked for the glass again. he went back and in a dae he came and told us to use the glass that was on the table that is used in the ground to server water or wine. we were already pissed after a while...read more

The place was quite large and cozy. they also close late and they have a live band outside the restaurants, at the sea. it was late and we were hungry looking for food when we saw this place, there were still groups of people who came into the spaces, so we decided to have our late dinner here. they have a lot to eat, I was quite confusing when it was an Italian restaurant because of its name, but the kitchen was very local. it was good, but it tasted good. the server was okay.
