Nam Mi - Pasadena

This restaurant has really declined in quality. I used to enjoy their sandwiches and pho, but every time I've visited recently, there's been an issue. They've frequently run out of bread for the sandwiches and meat for the pho. On one occasion, I called ahead to check if they had bread, and the staff confirmed they did. But when I arrived just five minutes later, they told me they were sold out. Really? And let’s not even talk about their hours. It seems like they close the kitchen whenever they feel like it—sometimes at 6 PM, sometimes at 7 PM, even though the door says they close at 8 PM. They really need to stick to regular hours. I'm honestly losing hope for this place.

I was among the first customers here over four years ago, and this place has consistently been fantastic, even when I visit at odd hours! It’s definitely the best spot in town for pho! The only change I’ve noticed is that the prices have gone up, but that’s not a complaint from me!

The Ribeye Steak Sandwich is truly exceptional—it's sweet and tender, perfectly complemented by fresh vegetables that enhance its deliciousness! The pho is packed with flavor, and the spring rolls are available with pork, chicken, or shrimp, catering to your taste preferences. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return for more!

This was my first time here. The place is a little hidden and can be missed if you're not paying attention. The place is small and cute. It wasn't crowded during my visit. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The cashier was friendly and helpful.I would go back again.

The pho broth was somewhat bland compared to other pho places I've visited in downtown Houston. I also ordered a Thai tea, which had a slightly powdery taste. On the bright side, the server was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, having tried many pho spots in Houston, my experience here was just mediocre. I'm open to returning and possibly changing my rating if the flavors improve in the future.
