Crumbl Cookies - Pasadena

Placed an order for pick up through Uber eats, got a text saying it was ready for pickup at 808 pm…… almost 40 minutes later I’m leaving with my cookies. Worst service ever. I can’t remember the last time I felt so dismissed and invisible.

Horrible customer service. They don’t check order numbers and I saw three groups of young adults take others orders because of this and even say it out loud that they weren’t checking. They don’t come up to you at the pick up counter to see if you have an order in you have to actually yell at them or cause a scene to get noticed. I was only even helped after I told one of the ladies behind me that also waited twenty minutes that they don’t come to you and probably won’t until you stare at them hard enough. Then some young adult girl came to the counter with all kinds of bad attitude and again ZERO customer service and gave her and I both someone else’s order that was wrong. Store was a mess, girls wearing their hair down and no ties, health code, and just overall terrible experience for a new customer. Go somewhere else.

GREAT SERVICE when u go in , any delivery from another app is not so great. But good cookie flavors and love the weekly cookie

I just made an orden thru the app they take my money of my card and never receive the cookies

Cookies were what I expected them to be and nothing wrong in the taste or presentation. Only thing lacking was the atmosphere as everyone was very into their tasks and no one even bothers to greet/ welcome guests.
