The boba here is chewy and the tea is excellent. Before all the other boba spots popped up, this place was definitely the go-to, and it still holds its own in the boba scene today. It was one of the first boba shops to use fresh milk instead of milk powder, which is a big plus. I usually stick with the boba fresh milk with brown sugar, but my second favorite is the hot ginger tea, especially on cold winter days. They can adjust the ice and sweetness levels, just like most other places.

The drink tasted like overpriced water with boba. I’m not sure if it was because we asked for "less ice," but the overall experience was disappointing. The service was terrible; the staff member seemed indifferent and didn't treat first-time customers well. When we asked for recommendations, they showed little enthusiasm. I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love the drinks at this place! My favorite is the caramel ice cream with boba and pudding, and I really enjoy the extra-large size they offer.

I visited Pasadena for the first time and originally planned to go to the Alhambra branch until I discovered there was one nearby. The person who made my large Almond Milk Tea with Honey Boba was amazing! I will definitely be returning soon!
