All India Cafe Pasadena

It was a real slumber, I came here to eat and the service was really bad. it bums me out to write this because other paint I ate here the service was great! this time I sat, and there were three more customers who came and sat and gave menus before I was. I went out and eat somewhere else. it was super frustrating.

Great eating and excellent ambiente. we made a reservation and we came to a beautiful window seat.

The service was terrible yesterday. the restaurant was full and there were several food deliveries or orders. it seemed as if the waiting staff and the kitchen could not treat all orders. we had a reservation for 18 o'clock and the hostess didn't seem to care how she seems to do it as if she liked us doing one by joining two 2-tops. we ordered to sit within 5 minutes and with our order, asked for 4 glasses water in addition to other drinks. our other drinks came out, but no water. we had to ask another two times before we received. we immediately got our appetizers and then it took an hour to receive our dinner entrees. not even the server came by to give us an update or to apologize for it for so long. they could only cook for a table or a job at a time. when we finally got our food with 2 orders of rice, the rice was boiled and crispy. how do you bleed? if they are in the mood for Indian food, I recommend finding another facility in the pasadena area where they value customer service and high quality food.

Restaurant has not honored our reservation, and gave us the same waiting time as affordable customers (20-30 minutes.)

We went as part of LA Restaurant week. Delicious food although we did end up waiting a long time for the food, despite having reservations. The food was very copious and well presented. We will def return.
