Pho Ninh Kieu - Parsippany

I am really sorry to say this, but I am extremely disappointed. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years, but the quality and quantity of the food have really declined. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls (4) tasted like leftovers that had been reheated in the microwave; they were dry and barely warm. To make matters worse, the dipping sauce was less than half full. The A10 Grilled Lean Pork Banh Mi was disappointing as well—small in size, measuring less than 5 inches, with very few ingredients. The A4 Avocado Summer Rolls (2) were dry, and the lettuce was wilted. The P3 Eye of Round and Flank Brisket were decent, but overall, the entire dining experience was not good.

I was very disappointed with the food portions. The shrimp bao buns used to come with 20 shrimp in each bun, but now there's just one shrimp cut in half. The same goes for the pork bao buns—where’s the pork? They used to be packed with it, but that’s no longer the case.

My favorite pho restaurant! I absolutely loved how flavorful my meal was—I'm completely obsessed!

I give this restaurant 2 stars because the server seemed unable to meet the customers' needs during my visit. There were numerous mistakes with the orders, including mine. I also felt that many of the authentic Vietnamese flavors were lacking.

The food and service were excellent, but we ended up drinking a lot of water once we got home. If they used less salt or MSG, if that’s what they’re using, it would have been a five-star experience.
