I asked for a moment to discuss alternative options with my family, but the person on the phone responded with an irritable tone, insisting that I needed to figure out what my family wanted because they couldn't fulfill my initial order. There was also no mention of a refund for the price difference, leaving me to wonder if I would have to take that up with my bank later. Honestly, this person's attitude almost made me want to cancel my entire order, especially given my attempts to be polite. I understand that things can go wrong, but I still wanted to give their business a chance. However, the customer service was exceptionally poor. I don't know who answered the phone, but the restaurant should really consider training their staff to communicate better with customers. As for the food, we had requested to have a sub cut into thirds instead of halves, but that request was apparently too much to accommodate. The representative made a big deal about needing to make fresh pizza because they didn’t have any pre-baked crusts available, despite the fact that the hotel was only a short 7-minute drive away from the restaurant. Also, when delivering to a hotel, it would be nice to include utensils, napkins, or something similar, especially since I had ordered two salads. The food was decent, but the overall experience in the restaurant was quite disappointing.

The food is quite tasty and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the service I received from the waiter was lacking. To my surprise, he accused me of refilling my soda and taking extra Italian bread. I don't believe I should have been charged for those items, even though I paid for my meal.

From the subway come Detroit, I often stay in the area and your food is top-notch. Some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Good portions, decent price and totally badass. Do we wish that in Michigan?

So we had munch there today. My food was absolutely garbage my husbands food was good besides that server that was working there was rasict had no manners didnt know how to talk or smile had so much attitude and in the end when my husband complaint his response after charging us was i hope i dont see you outside i will see you on street. So now this restaurant is hiring goons to work as servers I recommend owner to take care of his staff or else im sure he behaves like that with someone else and it prolly wont be pleasant and noone needs such people working in hospitality restaurant business thanks i dont recommend anyone to go there at all
