Mr. Yellow Pepper

I've ordered from here numerous times, and they've always delivered perfectly! This was my first time dining in, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The T-bone steak was cooked to perfection! I've had their ceviche almost every other time I've ordered, and no one has come close to matching it—it's definitely a favorite of mine! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

For appetizers, we ordered the Anticucho de Corazon, Leche de Tigre, and Pulpo Anticuchero. All of them were delicious; the octopus was incredibly tender and flavorful, the veal heart was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the Leche de Tigre was just right, hinting at the impeccable quality of the ceviche. For my main course, I had the Fettuccini al Pesto with Skirt Steak. The steak was cooked to the right temperature (medium rare) and well-seasoned, while the pasta was cooked just right. The pesto flavor was spot on, although there was a bit too much sauce—it was almost swimming in it, as you can see in the picture. Nonetheless, it didn't take away from the overall dish. I also enjoyed a Pisco Sour, which took me back to a trip I made to Peru. If you haven't tried one yet, it's definitely worth visiting just for that drink!

The Spanish cuisine here is fantastic; it's the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!

Usually, I really enjoy this place, even though the Peruvian food is a bit overpriced for what it is. The flavors are fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous. However, on this visit, they were quite stingy, particularly with the side order of tostones. Come on, Mr. Pepper, you can do better!

As a Peruvian cook in a nearby town, I have to say that this restaurant offers the best Peruvian food in the area.
