Chatime - Parramatta

This chatime is located in such a convenient location in westfield parramatta, right next to the train station! the staff are always so friendly and offer an excellent service. the beverages here are favorable compared to other shops. I have a regular choc hazelnut with regular sugar and pearls and it is my cup tee.

My job is the hazelnut milk tea with (not too many) pearls and it is divine. they also make a surprisingly good chai latte with just the right sweet and tasty taste, it is great, especially on a cold winter morning, plus they get more for the price compared to some caffes.

I’ve been Chatime regular customer when i was still live in Indonesia, and been to several Chatime branches in Sydney. My favorite always chocolate milk tea with less ice and less sugar.

Zero star to this place worst kustomer service ever. my partner visited this labor on 20/11/2020 Friday evening at 18.40 clock I asked him to get me and my friend as usual. he placed the order for a regular size jasmine milk tea with pearl and a regular sizeed milk tea with pearls, everything standard. but what he got was a hot roasted milk tea and a premium milk tea. He talked to the dame there that wasn't what he ordered, the dame changed an icey roasted militia to him, but she wasn't ready to change the premium militia. she just said, "It's also nice, maybe they can have a try" seriously?! at the end my partner came back and paid...more

Pearls are boiled, the custard does not taste like one of the tee was tooo sweet. I couldn't get the taste of the tees because of the overly sweet taste. I tried the premium pearl tea.
