Taco Bell - Parkersburg

I'm so happy the Mexican pizza is back! It's the best item at Taco Bell!

I was craving a vanilla frosty, but they only had peppermint available. While I know this isn't the restaurant's fault, I think they should offer vanilla frosty alongside their other flavors. Vanilla is a classic flavor, so I'm sure there's a way to make it happen. Perhaps they could consider using a different distributor machine with multiple nozzles like other restaurants do.

The staff were somewhat unfriendly, treating us more like a number than customers. My oldest son's 5-layer burrito was missing, and our freeze drinks weren't filled all the way. We had to ask for them to be topped off. I recommend checking your bags when going through the drive-thru to make sure you have all your food and condiments.

The girl took our order that was nice to use instead of the kiosk. Everything was right, but she made the new steak and fry thing a burrito instead of the plate. When she had returned everything she had given, it was change and no bills and $4 were owed. She went for the day after our order. The person in service was told and he pulled out his wallet to give the $4.

3rd time in a row.. ordered two tacos off the $2 menu and twice asked for extra hot sauce. This time I got 3 packs lol. Last time I got none.. need to reset the soda machine because my dew has almost no taste to it but that’s normal for this store.. is it to much to ask to get 2-3 packs for a burrito?
