Shogun Asian Cuisine - Parkersburg

And I know what you think: Yes, there are sushi restaurants in West Virginia. Yes, there are some pretty decent. RL and I recently went to Shogun Asian Cuisine in Parkersburg. That's not the first Asian restaurant I was, that's Shogun. Here's what Wikipedia says about this word:

Excellent Hibachi Essen. It is only to be noted that this place does not make the typical food sitting in front of you. This is a more traditional restaurant with only tables and stands. The food was absolutely amazing. I ate a lot with other Hibachi restaurants. There is a large menu with many non-hibachi or sushi options if you are not in that. A very good place to eat and the staff was super friendly and took care of us while we were there. Do not expect your food to be made before you or you will be disappointed.

I love this place! Always great food at any time I have eaten there! I usually take a dinner to take home for the next days! The staff is very nice and accommodating too! I would highly recommend Shoguns!

I like this place, its aesthetically pleasant, clean, staff are friendly and delicious food. It's a bit expensive and portions are smaller. The waiter misunderstood my order a few times, but we cleared it and they made a mistake.

Thought it was weird they had all of their paper products stacked up in the corner of the restaurant like a storage room. The waitress was nice, the food was good. Reasonably priced
