Wasatch Brewery Park City

Beautiful cozy brewhouse with a lively atmosphere. The food was nicely prepared and ideal for standard pig fees.

Great location on Main Street in the heart of Park City.

Been going to the BP in PC for 20 years. I understand that it is difficult to fill positions, to hire help. But how on earth do you screw up a cheeseburger. The brew pub, aside from its beer, is known for burgers, wings, sandwiches etc. The French Fries looked and tasted like cafeteria or frozen. The set up for the burger was pathetic. Wilted lettuce onion tom. Waited 13 min for ketchup sent the burger back as it was cold by this point. Asked for water got it with the check.

A very good meal but at 6 p.m. the restaurant is full of noisy children and NOT a place for quiet conversation with friends. A lot of noise coming from upstairs with music playing. Excellent food and great service. The food came so quickly it took us by surprise. A young person's venue, but excellent in many ways.

This is a brewery, not a restaurant I'll leave it at that.
