Among you? ll see the Filet Mignon, Escargot, Au Gratin potatoes, mushrooms for the fillet) and finally the Faroe Island salmon. The salmon and fillet were the stars of the show, cooked professionally and worth the price. If you need more in Lansing, Michigan and a place to eat, this place is worth your time!
I highly recommend this dining experience. The space itself is very small and intimate but welcoming. The steak (Cowboy Ribeye) was delicious, juicy and enough to feed 2 people. One of THE best steaks I've eaten in years. I'm not a huge lobster fan, however; I would order their lobster Mac n cheese again and again. Delicious!!! Their asparagus and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is because of their augratin potatoes and the salad. I can't honestly tell you how the potatoes taste as the presentation was so far off for me that I couldn't get myself to taste it. It came out in to pie cut shape slices, it was thick, looked a little dry and just not appetizing. The salad was delicious (I ordered the grilled caesar salad) but I wasn't expecting the lettuce to be grilled and come out as two huge wedges. I don't want to work that hard to eat a salad. Other than that.....I will definitely be returning.
Wow. Literally the best steak I've ever had! The filet was amazing. When they say it melts in your mouth, its no joke. Potatoes au gratin also amazing, and I'm usually not a fan. They had an ahi tuna appetizer special tonight which couldn't be passed up, served on a bed of arugula. To top it off, excellent service Garrett was great! Will be returning again soon.
Went two days in a row, my first experience so great I fell in awe of the drinks, salad and scallops. Second night, left things to be desired, felt somewhat rushed and left with a rare steak, and memories of a salad that was really brought the soot of Romaine on a plate... Apparently it's hard to go and have dinner here as a single, solo, lone ranger. Paul was amazing and attentive with the mixology, and service! I may be back in the future, but for now I'll just handle it myself at home and save 300 us dollars.
Believe the hype when you hear it! I took my husband here for the first time for his birthday and the experience was unforgettable! Amazing staff, great atmosphere, and the food (especially the ribeye steak) was mouthwatering! We can't wait to go back!
