Crust Gourmet Pizza - PARAP

Ordered a peri peri pizza and received everything but the peri peri sauce. Satisfied with the fact that I received a pizza base, but not with the fact that I failed to receive what I ordered.

Please either close this shop or handover ownership to someone who's professional. You always close shop 1 hour early than your usual working.. it's not just 1st or 2nd time.. it's now regular thing. Such a weird experience.

For a chain company the pizzas are great and always on time!

Service has certainly slowed up since we first started using Crust. We thought they were great but over the last year, quality of pizzas is on the downturn and wait times are increasing. A notification stating 20 mins equates to 40 mins actual. Time for us to find a different shop

Great tasting pizzas but very slow. Ordered over the phone was told 15 mins. I turned up 20mins later and they hadn't started my order. The steady flow of Menu-log and Uber Eats orders didn't waith tho.
