The Rotunda By Neiman Marcus Paramus

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for a ladies' afternoon lunch. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! I particularly enjoyed the popovers.

Linda is always our “requested server”. Linda is always professional and hospitable. Melinda makes certain her guests are completely satisfied.

I have been a loyal customer of the Neiman Marcus restaurants in White Plains, NY, Short Hills, NJ, and Paramus, NJ for over thirty years. However, my recent visit to the Paramus location on 05/02/2023 was extremely disappointing. My guest and I had several options for lunch that day, but we ultimately chose the Neiman Marcus Rotunda because of the complimentary popovers and strawberry butter. Unfortunately, we were let down by the quality of the popovers. They were cold and burnt on our first order, and when we received a second order, they were cold and undercooked. This was a huge disappointment for us. We did not mention anything to the waitress at that point, as it was already late in our meal. I will need to carefully consider whether or not I will return to the Neiman Marcus Rotunda in Paramus, NJ in the future.

Such a warm and hospitable lunch spot- staff is super friendly. Love the atmosphere to relax from the mall chaos. Food and entrée choices delicious.

This is the ideal spot for a lunch date with the girls followed by some shopping!
