Red Sky Restaurant Bar - Pantai Tengah

Food was served at different stages and ruined our dinner as we weren’t all eating at the same time. Asked for a small beer and owner served a big one and pretended he didn’t understand what we ordered. Fish and chips was clearly frozen stuff and not fried long enough, the fried rice was nothing special and the fried egg on top was tasteless with a very pale yolk. On the side there were cheap frozen samosas and spring rolls, perfect for tourists who don’t know better. The live music was so loud and intrusive, no wonder nobody wanted to sit inside but owner still wanted a high volume. Price was cheap like everything in Malaysia so I don’t think a cheap bill should justify average food and service quality.

Alex and his staff offered a great cultural experience for a group of us which we really enjoyed. As part of a local celebration they hosted a really fun party which was great to be a part of. Live music, lamb in the spit, bamboo cooked sticky rice, beef Penang and the best satay sauce I’ve ever eaten. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming. I’m the evenings you may get to meet Honey the toy poodle who is the best.

Nice place. The signature nacho burger was OK. Staff were great. Decor and seating were good.

The live music topped off our dining experience at the red sky restaurant. It was lovely to sit outside and listen to it. Our meals were delicious and service was great. Would recommend

Delicious food with a nice and cozy environment. Place have a wide range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well. Located at an quiet area and with plenty of parking spaces.
