If Carlsberg made curries… What a discovery! Some of the best food we have ever had in all of Malaysia. The tandoori mutton was exceptional and the chicken Karai was delicious. From onion pakoras and crispy popadoms to tandoori fish and cumin rice, every bite was bursting with passion and flavor. My taste buds were treated to a sensory explosion of spices. I was so full I had to take the rest home for breakfast - this Yorkshireman couldn't let good food go to waste! I can't wait to come back and try more. Give it a go and see for yourself!

The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is courteous and there is a variety of delicious Indian dishes to choose from. They are willing to customize the dishes to suit your preferences.

After finding out our favorite Indian restaurant was permanently closed, we decided to try Maroush instead. To our surprise, the restaurant was almost empty, despite being popular in the past. We ordered tadka dal, bhindi masala, and kadai paneer with rotis. The food arrived after a long wait and was competently cooked, but nothing extraordinary. The paneer dish had a lot of gravy with only a few pieces of paneer. The restaurant is now 'dry' like most places in Pantai Cenang, but they may be able to serve beer upon request. Our bill came to MYR116, which felt slightly expensive for the quality of food we received.
