D'grill Seafood - Pantai Cenang

The restaurant is facing the Selat Melaka. So you can have your lunch or dinner while enjoying your nice seaview. Many varities of food and drinks available here including seafood and western style. Prices of course a bit expensive but it's okey for once in a while. Just to feel the environment.

Ordered ikan tiga rasa but don't know what actually came. Ayam paprik didn't taste like one also. Sotong celup tepung was so rubbery. Only the sayur and egg tasted good. Ambience was good by the night beach waves and good live music . Service was awesome. Think they have to upgrade cooking skill and recipes. Good for leisure but so so for the food. Honestly

Seafood platter is not worth the price. It's mostly clams which are almost empty, a small crab and 2 shirmps. the staffs are attentive and friendly. Love the ambiance, with a live band and it's the quiet part of the beach. Too bad we're too hungry and didnt check the reviews. Should have ordered the other ala carte meals.

Surprised by the bad reviews we had a pleasant experience dining at this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. We had a table right on the beach so the view was great. There was also an excellent live singer the night we dined here. The restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol so keep that in mind if you are dining here (I also wouldn’t recommend the fresh orange juice, tasted sweetened/watered down). Menu could also do with a few more veggie dishes.

Name contains grill but no grill food. Zero on hospitality negative on food. I donno why they have opened a restaurant if they don’t know how to serve guest.
