They also sell grocery items which is so nice because there is no place around that does so within 10 miles! The owner is Mark and he is always so friendly and helpful! There are always daily specials and they also just started selling multiple flavors of ice cream! I really love having a general store this close to home! Great chicken wings and pizza also!! We give this place two thumbs up!!
The restaurant is lovely and the staff is very friendly, not to mention the delicious food.
When we went to Panama Rocks and inquired about a locally owned restaurant to eat at and they recommended Panama Diner, new owner's of Rowdy Rooster, here was our experience, the basket of fries cost $2.99 we received a handful of fries, a basket of onion rings $4.95 we received 6 onion rings, grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to be served with bacon and was not, asked for a kid's menu said they would make a child's chicken and fries paid $6.99 for 2 chicken tenders and a handful fries. Extremely high priced for the portions we received. I like to support local businesses when we go places but this one makes me regret that, $72 later a hard lesson learned.
The hamburger I had was so yummy although as we got he last table in the house I about froze my off it was the first table by the door will try for a seat by the back the next time
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, the service is quite good, and the atmosphere is very positive and enjoyable.
