Taco Palenque Palmhurst

I ordered a caldo de res and when I got home it only had carrots the little bowl of rice! What a rip off!

I want to say the customer service is very good at this place. From when we order to getting a bag and a lid to carry leftovers home.

Things have taken a BIG turn. I have always enjoyed Taco P., now it does not taste as good anymore. The tortillas had an odd smell to them, which smelled like paper, or a wooden smell, the Pirata had no flavor, other than the paper taste, and the tortillas were burned. parts were cremated…. just didn’t smell/ taste right. The panchos honestly sucked, now I did order taco from here the other day, which was breakfast, the tortillas were undercooked, i asked for corn tortillas and they were raw. This chain has gone under.

Their caldo de res is the ugliest tasting caldo de res I have ever had! Meat was super hard, Broth had no taste, Carrots overcooked, calabacitas were super hard (not cooked) garbanzos were peeling of their skin (overcooked)…… SUPER EXPENSIVE though, $13.00 after taxes! Never again! I don’t recommend their caldo de res!
