Mcdonald's Princess Street

We use this mc donalds often. Usually good with orders no one's perfect. But tonight our order was the worst. After being given our order the chips were cold I asked 4 times for hot chips as thats the mcdz promise. before the guy Michael who has a poor attitude decided to open his ears looked to a co worker who instantly had a bad attitude. And came back with these chips which she's pulled out the vat extra oil soaked especially for us. Oh and added some floor seasonings of there own. Premium staff and services. Not

Absolutely disgusting, could hear employees complaining about my order, and the 7 year old in my car is now trying to apologize to the rest of the family for what he thinks was him causing trouble. Why offer the service if its such a hardship?

Staff are to busy talking to each other to actually greet the customers, say hello or even make eye contact while taking orders. Rude and poor service!

I feel ripped off. Not only was mine and my partners raspberry flat, but it tasted fowl, I payed 4.90 for a soggy grilled chicken wrap full of lettuce stem and runny mayonnaise and 2 small pieces of chicken. I basically handed my money over for inedible food. Would have made sense if I'd payed with unusable monopoly money, but nope, real money.

Worse McDonalds ever! Poor service and received the wrong order after waiting ages in the drive through. Do not recommend …
