Palm Beach

The pub food was fantastic, but the new QR code scanning and payment method was frustrating and time-consuming. We spent 20 minutes of our lunch trying to figure it out. Additionally, having to provide personal information to a database feels like an invasion of privacy. What if someone only has cash? They would be at a loss.

The steaks were all improperly cooked, despite our order being confirmed three times by the staff. This was quite disappointing. The bar attendant apologized for the overly sweet espresso martini that was served to our table, which we had to send back. Additionally, the same waitress allowed us to go to another bar to have our drinks served with ice cream. At the Palm Beach Hotel around 8:45 PM on a free evening, they were unable to even serve us a glass of red wine because they were out of stock!

The seafood sharing platter was definitely worth the walk to get here.

I didn't prepare our table. I just said to sit somewhere. tables were not cleaned and soiled with food plaster. it wasn't just another group there. music was too loud. obviously a new girl at the bar that could not work the register. eating was good, but it took a long time.

All food was great. Staff very friendly. Stools very uncomfortable
