Carrabba's Italian Grill Palm Bay

I recently tried the ITS BACK! Rigatoni Al Forno at this restaurant, along with a house salad with ranch dressing and freshly baked Italian bread served with herbs, extra virgin olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. I also ordered the Mozzarella Marinara sticks. The main dish was delicious, especially with the sausage. However, I found the portion of pasta and sausage to be a bit lacking. The flavors were great, and I loved dipping the bread in the sauce. The salad was good, but it could use some tomatoes. The service was good, but I didn't receive an extra utensils packet like last time. I rated them 4 stars because my Mozzarella Marinara sticks were cold and not cooked properly, along with the marinara sauce. After informing the staff, they quickly replaced the dish with a hot and cooked one. The food was excellent overall, and the service was apologetic and kind. I appreciate their prompt response and correction. The quality of the food is worth the price, especially if you're craving authentic Italian cuisine. The staff is polite and respectful, and the packaging is done well. I recommend adding more sausage and pasta to the Rigatoni Al Forno and ensuring that appetizers are cooked properly before serving. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

I had an incredibly delicious meal at this restaurant! Everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. The pasta, chicken, sauce, peas, and mushrooms were fantastic. The bread was hot and fresh, and with herb seasoning, real olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and a delicious salad with dressing, it was all amazing. The portions were generous, so I have leftovers to share with my dog, too. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up - this is the best meal I've had in two years! Thank you, Carrabbas, for never disappointing and always impressing with your fresh, high-quality ingredients. I am more than satisfied.

Most of the food was fabulos. However they forgot the scallops in the shrimp and scallop salad. The brocolli in the Pollo Rosa María was rotted and smelled horrible. As usual the Meatballs Ricotta, Cheese Ravioli Tomato Sauce, and the chicken in h the Pollo Rosa María were wonderful

The Grilled Chicken Breast was amazing! It was flavorful and not dried out. The Alfredo was also delicious. However, I was surprised by the ricotta cheese filling inside the meatball. The taste was good, but I personally prefer traditional bruschetta.

Thank you Carrabbas for bringing the cannoli cake back! DELICIOUS. And thank you for changing the size of the beverages. I love your ice tea and love drinking a big gulp of it.
