I can only assume that those who rated this restaurant positively have never actually experienced authentic Thai cuisine. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is the friendly service. Our Tom Kha Gai soup was overloaded with lime juice, making it nearly inedible. In every other Thai restaurant I've visited worldwide, tofu has always been stir-fried to a perfect crisp and bursting with flavor. Here, it was simply fried in oil, resulting in a crispy exterior but lacking any taste. Even the sauce on our drunken noodles failed to enhance the flavor of the tofu. While the dish is labeled as spicy, I would rate it a mere 2 out of 10 in terms of heat. The worst part, however, was the sushi. I ordered the volcano roll and I'm left wondering if they used plain white table rice, as every time I attempted to pick up a piece with chopsticks, the rice completely fell apart before I could dip it in soy sauce. The flavor was decent, but I ended up having to eat most of it in small bits since it wouldn't hold together. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all, as it strays so far from authentic Thai cuisine, and the sushi is simply unacceptable.

However, I need to update my review: during our last visit, we learned that while they do not use fish sauce, they do use oyster sauce. This misinformation led me to lower my rating from a 5 to a 4. On a positive note, the stir-fry dishes were loaded with an abundance of vegetables, which initially earned them my top rating. The salad was also delightful, featuring a flavorful ginger dressing. All four of us dining today had nothing but praise for our meals. We enjoyed everything so much that I forgot to take photos—I promise to capture some next time! Just a note for those with dietary restrictions: the food is generally prepared without fish sauce, which I truly appreciate.
