Peach Street Distillers - PALISADE

We took a tour with Phil and had an amazing experience. It was informative and engaging, and we developed a greater appreciation for the art of drinking. I was pleasantly surprised by how much tasting we got to do. It was highly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it!

Looking to boost your mood? Come enjoy a unique tasting experience that will elevate your spirits. The flight of spirits here was incredible! I've never encountered a tasting that didn't feature beer or wine before. We sampled the peach bourbon, pear bourbon, agave extra, goat vodka, and a wine-aged barrel bourbon. My boyfriend enjoyed a Ska Brewery beer on tap while I sipped on an Oh Hi Mule. The food was delicious too; we had the elote salsa, which was SUPER FRESH, and some pretzel bites. They made for fantastic snacks to accompany the exquisite selection of spirits!

One of the waiters actually suggested that we should have come to look for them after waiting for 10 minutes, as if it was our fault for being ignored. It was hands down the worst customer service response I’ve ever encountered. On a more positive note, the other waitress who attended to us did her best to salvage the situation and allowed us to order some tacos. The food was decent, and the drinks were quite good. The atmosphere and music were the only saving graces of the place. Overall, it was quite embarrassing to have taken our friends out, and we certainly won’t be returning.

Went there today with some friends who came into town for the Palisade Peach Festival. The atmosphere was fabulous, with both an inside and outdoor seating area. There was a water mister, on the patio, that kept everyone nice and cool. They offered severalunique flights of different liquors, including Tequila, Brandy and Bourbon. Each one was unique and interesting. My taco bowlwas ok but a little bland. It had a generous portion of avocado that was fresh and delicious. The chicken was amazing, and Icould tell it had been smoked before it was grilled. We also had some kind of pita bread dish, that I'm very sorry but I can'tremember the name of. It had a honey and vinaigrette sauce and was so insanely delicious we ended up ordering the second one.After we ate the second one, we debated on getting a third but decided we were full enough. I highly recommend this place andpredict it will turn into one of Western Colorado's hidden gems!
