Smokin' Butts Bbq - Paintsville

Wouldn't recommend them for catering. We had them cater our 10 year class reunion. They delivered our food late and didn't bring the entire order, he had to bring the rest on a separate trip, and it took forever. No serving utensils were brought by. The pulled pork was ok but the potatoes were awful.

They was not prepared! We had to scan QR code on table to get the menu. Then we got told they was updating the menu and it took like 12 minutes. Than we ordered our food! It took a long while before we got our food!!! We waited a little bit for our drinks!! Which they was out of almost all fountain drinks except diet coke and orange soda . But they had can cokes and bottled water! A bottle of water was $2 . I think we paid too much money for our meal and got very little . There was only 1 staff on duty. Our server was nice!

Awesome pork bbq, anything u need just ask, they got you.

They are always out of everything when I call to order. It will be 1pm and they won't have most of the menu.

We went there on a Saturday around 1:30pm and they were not busy by any means. They were out of nearly everything and everything was incredibly disorganized. The tables still had the chairs up on them and the tables were so sticky that the chairs took quite a bit of effort to remove.When our food finally came, half the order was missing. When we went to ask for the other items we were told that they were out of most of those things too. The meats were dry and the sides were lackluster (we tried the chicken and pulled pork plus corn pudding, mac and cheese, and fries). The sodas from the machine were flat and had no carbonation. I definitely would not return.
