Wendy's - Paducah

As a Door Dasher, it's not my job to prepare drinks for my orders. I also expect the staff to be aware of what drinks the customers have requested. It's not my responsibility to inquire about their orders.

Wendy's is always an excellent option if you're looking to fill up without breaking the bank. The meat is genuine, and the fries are fantastic!

This Paducah Southside location has some of the rudest employees and the worst service I’ve ever encountered. On several occasions, I’ve received rude treatment. Today, I went through their drive-thru just before 4 PM, and a woman’s voice came over the speaker, but it wasn’t clear enough to understand. Assuming she was asking for my order, I started to place it. Suddenly, she harshly interrupted and shouted, “I'M GONNA NEED YOU TO WAIT,” much louder than before. I responded, “I’m sorry, I couldn’t understand what you said.” Frustrated, I drove away without ordering anything. I would have been happy to wait, but not in response to that unnecessary attitude. I can find friendlier service elsewhere, and that’s exactly where I went. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training.

Burgers were made sloppy, and were dry, as a used up well. I use to work at this store. I don't know what had happened to it. Lost all good management. {Except Mrs. Annette}

We went in the lobby, lady comes out and says her lobby is closed. there is no one who takes our order, but she can go and tell us the lobbys closed. we tell her the tug doesn't fit in the drive thru, she says well, I can't help! we are in a huge tow, too big to fit in the drive thru so we try to drive thru because it was a long day on the call, we need to stay as close to gras as we can, as we are too big for the drive thru! corporate has to engage! that is unacceptable!
