Today at a Tropical Cafe, I noticed a growing line with four people behind the counter. Despite the steady influx of online orders, they seemed overwhelmed, their heads down, radiating the tension that customers could feel as they watched. I noticed one young man who looked particularly stressed, and I could sense his struggle. I took a moment to tell him I understood and thanked him for being there to serve my family. I share this because the world we live in can be tough. If you’re not on the front lines, be grateful. I hope we can all find patience for those who work so hard. Thank you to everyone who dedicates themselves to providing us with service—you are truly incredible. Don’t ever forget that.
