Pizza Warehouse - Paducah

This used to be one of my favorite spots in town, but unfortunately, the service has become so poor that I won’t be going back. I waited over 20 minutes just to receive a beer, and the servers seem to forget everything. It was a very frustrating experience.

One member of our party never got her food! It wasn 't busy, there were only 2 tables. We asked about it multiple times. Then the waitress disappeared, we literally got our own refills and Togo boxes. After everyone else was already done for almost 20 min weask another waitress if she knew where our waitress and her food was. Finally our waitress came over and told us that it wouldbe done in a few minutes. Then she asked if we wanted it taken off the bill (YES) and then we heard her yell She doesn 't evenwant it! to the kitchen. Then she brings it over ONE bill for 5 people and when we ask about why she was no longer going to gether food she started arguing and using profanity. We asked her to split the checks up and try to talk to the manager who justlooked at us and went to go do something behind the bar. Our waitress comes back, with the bills still not split right (someonewho only got a water and one dish got charged for 2 drinks and an appetizer additionally). Finally our checks are fixed but thewaitress would still not stop arguing and using profanity (mostly the B word). We paid and left as quickly as possible afterpaying. This was not acceptable and I at least will not be going back unless the restaurant has a change in management and forthe waitress who served us to either be fired or demoted to a position where she no longer interacts with the customers.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and I have to mention that the Strombolis looked appetizing—though that observation came from the nearby table. Unfortunately, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone approaching us, despite there being four staff members seated at a table on the other side of the bar. There were only four tables in total, all seating two people each, including ours. The server at the bar seemed preoccupied with cleaning and other tasks, despite the bar being empty. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but if you’re hungry and looking for a timely meal, I would suggest seeking out a different place.

My son took me here today we had Buffalo chicken pizza and cheese sticks it was the best pizza I have had in a long time

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I was charged $8 for tzatziki on my pizza, despite only requesting one side of tzatziki. When I inquired about this, they claimed it was due to them drizzling extra tzatziki on the pizza, but there was nothing on top. Additionally, I never ordered olives, yet they were included anyway. The wings were burnt, and the sides of sauce were $2 each, but they only provided a tiny cup for $0.50. The service was terrible; the server clearly did not want to be there. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, it took a long time to be seated. Overall, the food and service did not justify the $140 I spent, and I will definitely not be coming back.
