Fazoli's - Paducah

I tried Fazoli's for the first time today. Although you could tell you weren't in Italy, the food tasted good, and the service and smiles were excellent. Thank you for a delightful lunch.

On this visit, they were out of all soft drinks and tea. Out of most (all? of the monthly specials. If I didn't know better, I would think they had been cut off from vendors.

My daughter and I shared the garlic chicken ravioli, and it was incredible. I expected it to be dry and lacking flavor, but the chicken was juicy, and the ravioli was absolutely delicious. We also ordered a slice of cinnamon roll cheesecake to share, and oh my goodness—what a fantastic choice! It was amazing!

The cashier was excellent and very friendly, explaining everything clearly. We tried the sampler platter, which provided more than enough food. My wife ordered the lasagna and absolutely loved it. The prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely be returning!

This used to be one of our favorite spots in town, but lately, our experiences have been very inconsistent. The pizza is almost always undercooked, with a doughy layer beneath the cheese. During our last visit, the breadsticks were hard in places, almost like they were stale. If you decide to get a drink, I advise against their sweet tea; on our last few visits, it had a terrible odor, as if the container hadn’t been cleaned in months. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the rest of the food wasn’t the absolute worst, but it still wasn’t good enough to make the overall experience enjoyable.
