Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had quit ordering from here, because of the inconsistency. After 3 years, I gave them another try.....Hard, dry crust. No marinera sauce. Ordered extra feta cheese.... Absolutely the worst pizza ever.
I waited at the drive in for over 5 min. once getting it home the pizza bottom was burnt. even though it was a free medium 2 topping pizza it had little flavor a burnt bottom. I purchased the cheese bread experience and the cheese was litterally1/16 of an inch and .... BURNT as well. We received multiple breads however only enough cheese for 3. This issaddddddddddddddddd FYI what have they done on the Garlic sauce....it's definitely tasting artificial. UPDATE: I received acall from a very nice lady. She apologized with great concern said My next visit would be comped. I thought that was verynice public relations. However, I still have not gone back.
I then called the restaurant, and the person who answered the phone, somewhat curtly, assured me that my order had been sent out for delivery. She mentioned she could check with the driver but chose not to, so I hung up and waited another 20 minutes. Still nothing. I called again, and a different person answered. This time, she put me on hold to speak with the driver. When she returned, she informed me that the driver had mistakenly delivered my order to the wrong room on my floor. She offered to remake my order, but by then it was getting late, and I declined, requesting a refund instead. He mentioned that mistakes happen and that he'd "try" to refund my money before abruptly hanging up on me. I kept an eye on the hallway, but no food was left by any door. I even called the hotel front desk twice, and the attendant confirmed that no Domino's delivery person had entered the hotel. Given that delivery is a significant part of their business model, it was concerning that not only did the driver go to the wrong room, but also likely to the wrong hotel. Mistakes happen, but attention to detail—such as ensuring the correct address—is absolutely essential. I’m perplexed as to why the order status changed to "delivered" when I hadn’t received anything. Additionally, when a customer reaches out with a problem, employees should take their concerns seriously and respond professionally. After all, I didn’t make the mistake, and my money is at stake. I would advise caution to anyone considering this location.
We always have a wonderful experience when we order from this location! The quality is excellent, and the service is outstanding!
The pizza is always served hot and fresh, and even though I live 20 minutes away, it arrives hot! Their BBQ bacon chicken bites are also very tasty!
