Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oxford

Avoid this place at all costs! I’ve tried it twice, sampling nearly everything on the menu, and it all tasted old and overcooked. The customer service is terrible—extremely rude staff who seem uninterested in taking orders or answering questions. The wait times are also unacceptable. Dear Popeyes, this place is hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had! I honestly can’t understand how they’re still in business.

Whoever is the young lady who took orders on 7/1/22 at about 825 o'clock has no respect for popeyes or himself. she was dry. she has no customer service skills. she should never work in front. she left 2 items and closed the window before we could ask for something. popeyes already has a bad call because it seems that they simply don't have a customer service, no matter where. I hate that my daughter was trying to borrow red and tear. terrible!

My son enjoys Popeyes, and I was a fan when it first opened in its new location, but I can't give it a positive review at the moment. The biscuits were extremely dry, and the chicken didn't taste good.

I ordered my food online and opted for pickup instead of using the drive-thru. When I called to let them know I had arrived, I encountered rude service. They instructed me to go through the drive-thru instead of bringing my order to the door.
