Papa John's - Oxford

Took 1 hour to arrive, hardly any cheese on the tomato pizza, ALL food cold, this has happened so many times now I give up ordering from this place. Wrong sauces also. Never again

Placed an order online watched the monitor which said it was out for delivery then said I had it enjoy I didn’t have it I called and called no answer so went down to shop male and female were cuddling and kissing in the corner and the female came over and asked what I wanted she told me my pizza was sitting on the side no available delivery drivers but I can take them now. Got home pizza was luke warm and toppings were just chucked on so it was not evenly spread absolutely disgusting. This was my first ever order and my last ever order

I've ordered and paid for two large pizzas for a kids playdate and received two medium pizzas. When called the store, the staff was very rude saying that I hadn't counted the slices properly. Then offered to swap the pizzas?! Which was absurd as I had already waited for 1h to receive the pizzas and was supposed to wait for another 1h with the wrong pizzas untouched to swap for the large ones. The kids were starving... I suggested the refund of the price difference and the staff went crazy and hang up the phone. I've tried to call again many times, without success. The worst costumers services ever! Avoid this place !

For 2 small pizzas and a bottle of water it’s £45! Like come on thats gone passed central London level of ridiculous prices. Pizza came over an hour late, had to ring the shop multiple times. Fair enough it came some what warm but it tasted just greasy and all the same, I asked for a lot of toppings and what they gave me was moise portions

Staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome, a special thanks to Khalil for helping and explaining how the system works to order the food and drinks. Keep up the great work and will definitely be coming back thanks again for a great experience.
