10th Street Diner - Owen Sound

I was in for lunch a couple weeks ago and when I first went in to get service no one noticed me come in until I spoke up and said something. I had the hot roast beef on bread which unfortunately was tough and chewy but edible. Once my meal was brought over I was never asked for a follow up if everything was ok, etc. A bit disappointing but I have had other better experiences in the past so maybe just an off day. Would still return.

Found this place last minute looking for a breakfast place before we left town. Decor is outdated which made us nervous at first. The service was great. Felt like you were visiting a friend. Had the eggs Benedict. Amazing! The home fries (shredded potatoes and some veggies) was amazing. All an all a great place!

The food always comes out hot very well prepared in the service is excellent. Always friendly. I was concerned how the meal is.

Had a great breakfast with my hubby. They were supposed to be done breakfast but was happy to let us eat what we were looking for. The decor is like the scariest grandma ever but who cares when your food is great, coffee is great and service was great. The hash browns are.....weird tho. Ummm shredded everthing all mashed around is not homefries, just pointing that out. If that was hash browns just avoid ut, it's just not right. Anyhoo, they make you feel like your welcome and not a stranger, that's nice. Plus baked goods to grab when you pay? Hell yes! The rice crispier was awesome so thanks! Will be back.
