Boston Pizza Port Elgin

Today, I went to Boston Pizza in Port Elgin with my children. We ordered from the kids menu. When our food arrived, a few fries spilled onto the table by accident. Our server, Abby, didn't apologize or clean it up. It seemed like she didn't care. Even when I mentioned it to another staff member, they apologized but didn't clean it up either. It's not just about the mess, it's about the attitude of the staff. I hope they improve their behavior for better service in the future.

I went into this dump and waited 20 minutes after being seated and nobody even showed up asking if we want drinks or anything. I’ll never go back and the crowd I was with said the same

I’m not happy with the manager Pete he has called me a bully to the coworkers face about me while I over heard while I was eating there, after some of his employees have threatened me, he treats his employees like garbage and I’ve heard many times that he is drunk on his shift this is not ok what so ever I’m pretty

We had a lovely evening. My spouse had the chicken club and said it was great and the fries weren't over salted. I had the beet goat cheese salad with chicken, and even though it had too much red pepper for me, I really enjoyed it.

Stopped in for dinner tonight, ordered the Crispy Dill chicken sandwich, which I've had before at other locations, when it first came out the chicken and the fries were lukewarm at best, the server (I forget his name) did deal with it and when the new order came out it was piping hot and delicious. The first one must have been sitting around for a bit but there's no way it should have made it out of the kitchen. Oh well all in all a good meal when said and done.
