Kfc - Owego

This restaurant has a solid reputation and consistently provides excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great, and every dish I've tried has been delicious. I highly recommend it!

It's a charming little restaurant, but the staff was quite rude. Rather than focusing on taking our order, they were huddled together making inappropriate comments about the customers, suggesting that we should dine elsewhere.

The food is often undercooked and they frequently mess up my order. For example, I requested a large fry but received a small one instead. I guess customers should check their orders before leaving, but sometimes the staff just takes a quick glance and then it’s a disappointment when you get home. Additionally, the staff is often unprofessional and rude, with loud outbursts in the kitchen. I appreciate having a lively atmosphere, but when nothing is done correctly, it becomes frustrating. At this point, I think I’ll have to try one of the other nearby restaurants instead.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in terms of customer service and food quality! If I could rate it, I would give it a negative 10! I definitely will not be returning to this place again!
